Gleiss Lutz advises Aliaxis on the sale of Marley Deutschland and its subsidiary Wunstorf PPR pipes and fittings to Quantum Capital Partners

Gleiss Lutz has advised Aliaxis on the sale of Marley Deutschland GmbH and its subsidiary, Wunstorf PPR pipes and fittings GmbH, to the investment company Quantum Capital Partners.

The Aliaxis group, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, is a global leader in advanced plastic piping systems for building, infrastructure, industrial and agriculture applications, with approximately 15,000 employees worldwide.

Marley Deutschland, based in Wunstorf, has been manufacturing and commercializing plastic roof drainage, soil & waste, sewage and ventilation products for decades.
