Alexander advises on German and European competition law. This includes among others German and European merger control law, cooperation and distribution contracts, cartel proceedings and litigation, and competition law compliance.

Vita

Alexander studied at Humboldt-University of Berlin (German National Academic Foundation scholarship), the University of Bonn (Dr. iur. 2008) and the University of Michigan Law School (LL.M. 2007, Fulbright Scholar). In 2016/2017 he was seconded to an international law firm in New York.

Alexander is a member of the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV), the International Bar Association and the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V.

Alexander speaks German and English.
