Josefine advises on all matters relating to IP, IT and e-commerce as well as competition and data protection law. One focus of her work is advising on M&A transactions. She also represents clients in the in- and out-of-court enforcement of intellectual property rights.
Vita
Josefine studied law in Berlin. She completed her doctorate at the Information, Telecommunications and Media Law Institute of the University of Münster (ITM). While working on her doctorate and during her legal traineeship, she worked in various international law firms in the field of IP/IT law and at the Federal Ministry of the Interior and Community (BMI) in the data protection department. Josefine has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2024.
Josefine is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and Copyright (GRUR).
Josefine speaks German and English.
