Pauline advises on public commercial law. Her core practice areas are artificial intelligence regulation, product liability and product safety law, and ESG compliance, as well as constitutional law, public liability and administrative law.

Vita

Pauline studied Law at Heidelberg University, where she obtained her PhD, and holds an LL.M. from Trinity College Dublin. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2025. After her legal clerkship, which included stages at the Higher Administrative Court of Baden-Württemberg and the Federal Constitutional Court, she completed her doctorate as a research fellow and lecturer at the Institute for Constitutional Law, Theory and Philosophy of Law at Heidelberg University (Professor Dr. Bernd Grzeszick, LL.M.). She was awarded scholarships by the German Academic Scholarship Foundation, the ZEIT-Foundation Bucerius and the Konrad-Adenauer Foundation (legal studies and PhD). On the occasion of her LL.M., she received the European Excellence Award.

She volunteers for the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (board of summer academy and commission member).

Pauline speaks German and English.
