Opportunities we offer
Specialist paralegal trainee (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter) (f/m/d)
You’ve graduated high school – now take your first steps into professional practice at a firm where im-portant work happens. You’ll learn how to support the daily operations of a leading law firm as an or-ganisational professional with strong communication skills – preparing casework and gaining insight into complex legal matters. Rotations across practice areas and business service teams will give you a broad perspective and a strong foundation for your career.
While training at one of our German offices, you’ll build a strong firm-wide network and, depending on availability, have the opportunity to gain international experience through an ERASMUS scholar-ship.
You’ll benefit from structured onboarding, targeted exam coaching, individual learning opportunities, after-work events for trainees, and access to exclusive office events.
IT systems integration trainee (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) (f/m/d)
Join the IT team at a leading law firm: Take responsibility for networks and applications, actively con-tribute to key projects, and leverage your technical expertise and organisational strength to drive seam-less, high-performance processes. Through rotations across core IT functions, you will gain deep in-sight into our system landscape and build the practical expertise for a strong start to your career.

Intern
Gain early career experience, with hands-on insight into the work of business professionals at a leading law firm – and put theory into practice from day one. During your university studies, you can complete mandatory or voluntary internships in our business service units, support projects, help shape analyses and get to know organisational processes.
You’ll be supported with guidance and feedback, encouraged to bring in your ideas – strengthening both your profile and your network.
Working student
Gain relevant practical experience during your studies in a business service unit aligned with your field. Up to 20 hours per week, you’ll work independently on defined projects and contribute visibly to the firm’s success.
What you can expect: flexible working hours (by arrangement), close professional guidance, regular feedback, responsibility with the right level of support – and a team that actively involves you.
Thesis (Bachelor’s/Master’s)
Are you looking to write your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis while gaining practical, hands-on experi-ence? Come to one of our business service units to work on a topic that aligns with your academic in-terests and delivers real value to the firm by applying academic insight to real-world business challeng-es.
Describe the relevance of your proposed topic and the assistance you require in your application. Once approved, you’ll benefit from close supervision, regular feedback, and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research, analysis, and implementation – the ideal launchpad for your career.
