Gleiss Lutz advises Omnes Capital and ENOVA on the sale of eleven onshore wind projects

Gleiss Lutz has advised Omnes Capital ("Omnes"), a leading European investor in infrastructure, and its long-term partner ENOVA Power GmbH ("ENOVA") on the sale of a portfolio of eleven onshore wind projects in Germany, totaling approximately 350 MW, to Sosteneo SGR S.p.A. ("Sosteneo"), part of Generali Investments.

The transaction marks a major milestone for the joint platforms established since 2020 by Omnes, on behalf of their funds Capenergie 4 and Capenergie 5, and ENOVA, to repower projects and other onshore wind assets in Germany. To date, around 70 wind farms have been acquired jointly.

The assets sold to Sosteneo will form ENOVA Generation. ENOVA will retain a minority stake and continue to manage the assets, ensuring operational continuity while supporting the platform's future growth.
