Michael advises on domestic and international M&A transactions with a focus on real estate, energy and infrastructure by way of asset or share deals as well as on general real estate law.
Michael studied at the University of Bayreuth. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2022. In 2020, in the course of his legal clerkship, Michael already worked for Gleiss Lutz, as well as another international law firm in Frankfurt. In 2024 he was seconded to a global energy company in Düsseldorf.
Michael speaks German and English.
