She is specialised on questions relating to merger control and has supported clients in a large number of complex national and cross-border transactions in the last almost 20 years. In addition to leading merger reviews before the German and EU authorities, Iris focuses on distribution cartel law, cooperations, and compliance programmes.
Iris studied at the University of Augsburg. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2008. In 2013 she was seconded to an American law firm in Washington DC.
Iris is a member of the American Bar Association, the Association of German Antitrust Lawyers and the Association of Antitrust Lawyers in Munich.
In addition to German, she speaks English and French.
