Vivien advises clients on all aspects of public law, with a focus on foreign trade law (particularly foreign investment control/FDI) and environmental and energy law. She regularly advises on public law aspects and regulatory requirements in connection with M&A transactions. In addition, she advises on antitrust law (particularly merger control).
Vivien studied in Muenster and Riga (Latvia). As part of her legal clerkship, Vivien worked for the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE) and for a law firm specialised on public law. Vivien joined Gleiss Lutz as research assistant in 2018, and has started working as a lawyer in 2022.
