Cornelia’s practice areas are M&A and corporate law. She specialises in advising and representing international clients in complex strategic national and cross-border M&A transactions, including sell and buy side mandates and joint ventures as well as on strategic carve-outs. She focuses on the sectors infrastructure and automotive. Cornelia is co-head of the Core Business Unit Transactions and head of the Gleiss Lutz sector group Energy & Infrastructure.
Cornelia studied at the universities of Leipzig and Tübingen. She has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. In 2007, she was seconded to an international law firm in London. Cornelia speaks German and English.
