Delta Electronics, Inc., is a global leader in power and thermal management solutions, with consolidated sales revenue of USD 17.9 billion in 2025, headquartered in Taiwan. The company provides innovative, clean, and energy-efficient solutions in the fields of industrial automation, building automation, telecom energy, data center infrastructure, electric vehicle charging, energy storage and display and monitoring. The acquisition of Delta Controls Germany is intended to strengthen Delta Electronics’ system integration and building automation capabilities.
Delta Controls Germany GmbH, headquartered in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, specializes in system integration solutions for building automation, offering products and services for intelligent building management systems. The company provides comprehensive solutions for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting, access control and energy management in commercial and industrial buildings.
