Rut advises German and international clients on individual and collective labour and employment law. She supports clients in corporate transactions and complex reorganisations (including works council negotiations, lay-offs, relocations, pension, transitions, communication with authorities). Rut further advises and represents employers in employment litigation and has expertise advising in connection with service agreements for the management and changes in the management.
Rut studied at the universities of Passau, Norwich/UK (LL.M. 2006), Düsseldorf and Harvard Law School (DAAD scholarship). She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2010. Rut is a certified labour law attorney.
She is a member of the German Bar Association’s Labour Law Working Group and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV).
