Gleiss Lutz advises Deutsche Private Equity on the acquisition financing and regulatory issues related to the purchase of the NTA Group

Gleiss Lutz has provided comprehensive advice to Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) on the financing of the acquisition of the NTA Group (NTA) and on its regulatory aspects, in particular on merger control issues.

The financing of the acquisition and the further growth of the NTA Group is structured as a unitranche with a first-out component, supplemented by a super senior revolving credit facility, and is provided by Adams Street and Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft.

DPE is a capital management company that invests in mid-market growth companies in the DACH region with assets under management of approximately EUR 3 billion.

NTA, headquartered in Mainz, is a provider of integrated security, communications and IT infrastructure solutions with approximately 200 employees and offices in Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, Baden-Württemberg, Saarland and Luxembourg.
