Fabian advises on all aspects of German and European antitrust law. This includes, in particular, antitrust fine and merger control proceedings as well as antitrust damages proceedings. He also has in-depth knowledge of platform regulation law.
Fabian studied law in Munich and Bergen (Norway). He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, including at Gleiss Lutz in the Competition/Antitrust team and at a DAX company in the trademark law department. During his doctorate, he worked as a research assistant at the Technical University of Munich at the Chair of Law and Security in Digital Transformation (Prof. Dr. Dirk Heckmann). His doctoral project was supported by scholarships from the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition and the Bavarian Research Institute for Digital Transformation (bidt). He has been an associate at Gleiss Lutz since 2025.
