Expertise

Petra is Head of Gleiss Lutz' antitrust practice. She regularly advises national and international clients on all aspects of German and European antitrust law, i.e. cartels, mergers and dominance issues. She focuses among others on the consumer goods industry and the sector’s competition law topics, such as potential vertical restrictions, selective distribution and platform bans. Petra also regularly advises on compliance issues and internal investigations.

Vita

Petra completed her university studies in Passau, Prague and Munich. She has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2007. Petra has also been a lecturer for antitrust law at the University of Passau since 2013.

She is an Officer of the IBA Antitrust Section, a board member of the Munich Antitrust Forum and a member of the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law.

She speaks German, English and French.
