„One to watch: competition/antitrust law“
Juliane advises on German and European competition/antitrust law including representation before the European Commission and the Federal Cartel Office, as well on merger control (including complex multijurisdictional proceedings). In addition she also specialises in compliance programmes and internal investigations.
Juliane completed her studies at the University of Würzburg and Aarhus (Denmark). As part of her legal clerkship, she worked for Gleiss Lutz in Munich. She joined Gleiss Lutz in 2019.
She is a member of the Association for the Study of Antitrust Law/Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht and the Kartellrechtsforum Frankfurt.
