Gleiss Lutz has advised Hong Kong-listed Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited on the German aspects of its sale of Continental Aerospace Technologies group to Arcline Investment Management for USD 535 million.
Continental Aerospace Technologies is a leading developer and manufacturer of aircraft engines, spare parts and related aftermarket products and services for the general aviation market. The transaction encompasses the group’s principal operating entities in the United States and Germany, together with related Hong Kong and British Virgin Islands holding entities.
Arcline Investment Management is a U.S. private equity firm with over USD 30 billion in assets under management and has a particular focus on aerospace industrial investments.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals. JunHe acted as global lead counsel to Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited on the transaction.
