Florian advises domestic and international companies on individual and collective employment law. His practice focuses on the employment law aspects of M&A transactions, corporate transformations, and restructurings — including transfers of undertakings, operational changes, and insolvency-related matters. He regularly represents clients in complex employment litigation and in conciliation board proceedings.
Florian studied at the Universities of Heidelberg and Bonn. From 2015 to 2018 he was a research fellow with Professor Dr. Dr. h.c. Ulrich Preis at the University of Cologne. In 2019 he spent a stage of his legal training with an international law firm in London. Florian joined Gleiss Lutz in 2020.
