Gleiss Lutz advises ZF Friedrichshafen on billion-euro sale of its Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) business unit to Harman International

Gleiss Lutz has advised ZF Friedrichshafen AG on the carve-out and sale of its Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) business unit to US in-cabin electronics leader Harman International Inc. The enterprise value agreed upon is EUR 1.5 billion.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.
