His practice covers, in particular, corporate governance, directors’ and officers’ liability, management and supervisory board matters, corporate reorganizations, corporate group issues (Konzernrecht), and compliance, including ESG.
Nikolai studied law in Passau, Los Angeles (LL.M. 2015) and Tübingen (Dr. iur. 2018). He wrote his doctoral thesis on a stock corporation law topic. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2020. Nikolai speaks German and English.
