Gleiss Lutz advises Volkswagen Supervisory Board on group transformation

The Supervisory Board of Volkswagen AG ("Volkswagen") unanimously approved the Management Board's comprehensive Future Plan 2030 for the transformation of the Volkswagen Group at its meeting today. Gleiss Lutz provided comprehensive advice to Volkswagen's Supervisory Board in this context.

The Future Plan 2030 is the most strategically far-reaching transformation program in the history of the Volkswagen Group.

Gleiss Lutz worked closely with the management consultancy Roland Berger on this matter.
