Sebastian advises listed companies and private enterprises on all matters of German and European corporate law. His particular areas of focus include complex, group-wide structural measures and reorganisations as well as transaction-related corporate law. He also advises management boards and supervisory boards in critical decision-making situations, in particular in connection with potential liability risks and securing business decisions in accordance with the business judgment rule. Sebastian Dietz also advises (listed) stock corporations on all corporate governance related matters.
Vita
Sebastian studied law at the Universities of Heidelberg and Barcelona. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2021. From May 2025 to November 2025, he was on secondment at Cuatrecasas in Barcelona and Madrid.
He is, amongst others, a member of the VGR ("Wissenschaftliche Vereinigung für Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht").
