Gabriele advises companies and entrepreneurs on a wide range of corporate law issues, in particular concerning corporate governance and compliance, reorganisations and transactions, corporate litigation and succession planning.
Gabriele studied law in Tübingen and London (LL.M. 1996). She has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2005 and is also the partner responsible for ESG .
In addition, she is a member of the Commercial Law Committee of the German Bar Association, a member of the advisory board of the Corporate Law Association (VGR) and co-editor of the Journal for the law governing partnerships and sole proprietorships (ZPG). She was also a member of the expert commission appointed by the Federal Ministry of Justice for the modernisation of partnership law.
