Christian advises issuers and underwriters in international capital markets transactions. His areas of expertise include IPOs, capital increase transactions, bond issues and publc takeover transactions as well as advising on general issues relating to corporate and capital markets law.
Christian studied law in Cologne, and serverd his legal traineeship in Frankfurt am Main and Manila. From 2016 to 2024, he first worked as a research assistant and then as a lawyer in the capital markets law team in a leading international law firm in Frankfurt. Since 2024 he has been at Gleiss Lutz.
Christian speaks English and German.
