Gleiss Lutz advises Valeo on complete takeover of Valeo Siemens eAutomotive
Gleiss Lutz has advised Valeo on its acquisition of 50% of the shares in Valeo Siemens eAutomotive from Siemens. Until now, Valeo and Siemens each have been holding 50% of the shares in Valeo Siemens eAutomotive.
