Kristina advises national and international clients on all aspects of German and European competition/antitrust law. She focuses on merger control, the representation in cartel and abuse of dominance investigations as well as consequential civil litigation. Kristina also regularly advises on compliance issues and internal investigations.
Kristina studied at the universities of Heidelberg and San Diego. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2019. From 2012 to 2017, Kristina worked as a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law. In 2014, she worked at the European Court of Justice as trainee lawyer (cabinet of Judge Alexander Arabadjiev).
She is a member of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht and the Kartellrechtsforum Frankfurt and has also been a lecturer at the University of Heidelberg for courses in competition/antitrust law since 2024.
