Michael is active in constitutional law as well as in public building, planning and environmental law, in tax law as well as in municipal and municipal economic law. He is editor and author of commentaries on administrative procedure and construction law. He is a long-standing member of the Constitutional Law Committee of the German Federal Bar Association (BRAK).

Vita

Michael studied law and political science at the University of Freiburg. He is a certified administrative law attorney. Michael has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 1986 and has been Of Counsel since 2017.

He is a member of the Constitutional Law Committee of the German Federal Bar Association and of the Working Committee "Road Law" of the Research Society for Road and Traffic Engineering. In addition, Michael Uechtritz is a member of the advisory board of the journal baurecht and co-editor of the Beck'sche Online-Kommentar zum Baugesetzbuch (BauGB) und zur Landesbauordnung (LBO) BW as well as the Großkommentar Verwaltungsverfahrensrecht published by Nomos Verlag.
