Manuel studied law in Constance and Rome. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2025. He inter alia was legal clerk at the German Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe. Manuel received his doctorate at the University of Hamburg on a topic in constitutional law. He was awarded a PhD scholarship by the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes as well as by the Hanns-Seidel-Foundation.
