Joscha provides comprehensive advice to national and international clients on all aspects of German and European company law, complex reorganisations and restructurings, and M&A transactions. His practice focuses, amongst other things, on group reorganisations, group-wide corporate governance, the law governing conversions, advising management boards, managing directors and supervisory boards, and directors’ and officers’ liability.

Vita

Joscha studied law at the Universities of Bonn, St. Gallen (CH) and Heidelberg. As part of his legal clerkship he i.a. worked for an international law firm, a German embassy and the legal department of a DAX-listed international company. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2017, he worked in London in 2023/2024.

He is, amongst others, a member of the VGR ("Wissenschaftliche Vereinigung für Unternehmens- und Gesellschaftsrecht"). He also publishes regularly on topics relating to company law.

Joscha speaks German and English.
