Johannes advises domestic and international clients in general corporate law and on capital markets matters. He specializes in stock corporation law and in advising publicly listed companies, including on matters of the executive and supervisory boards. He also has extended experience in initial public offerings, rights offerings and M&A transactions, particularly public takeovers, as well as corporate reorganizations.
Johannes studied law in Berlin and New York (LL.M. 2018). In addition to his practice in Germany, he is admitted as Attorney at Law in the state of New York since 2019. He joined Gleiss Lutz in 2025. Prior to that, he worked in leading U.S. American law firms in Berlin, Frankfurt and New York.
He is a member of the Association for Business and Corporate Law (VGR) and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV).
