Johannes advises on German and European antitrust law, in particular on antitrust fine proceedings and merger controls. He is also active in the area of compliance programs and distribution law. Johannes is a member of the ESG focus group at Gleiss Lutz and advises clients on issues at the intersection of antitrust law and ESG.
Johannes studied at the University of Tübingen and the UC Berkeley School of Law/USA (LL.M. 2014). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2012.
Johannes is a member of the Association of German Antitrust Lawyers and the German-American Lawyers’ Association (DAJV).
