Jochen has particular experience in cross-border transactions and complex carve-outs (including distressed M&A) as well as public takeovers. He is co-head of Gleiss Lutz’ Automotive & Mobility sector group and has extensive M&A experience in the automotive industry.
Jochen studied at the University of Tübingen. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2010. In 2006/2007 Jochen worked as a foreign attorney at an international law firm in London and New York.
