Florian studied at the universities of Gießen and Tartu (Estonia). He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2015. In 2013 Florian completed a stage of his legal training at the German Consulate General in Atlanta (USA).
He serves on the Executive Committee of the German-American Lawyers' Association (DAJV) and is a member of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) as well as the Initiative of Young Arbitration Lawyers (DIS 40).
