Florian is specialized in dispute resolution, litigation and commercial matters. One of his areas of expertise is the negotiation, drafting and dispute related enforcement of complex civil law contracts. A further focus of his work is advising on ESG and greenwashing prevention, in particular on setting up compliance systems and contractual agreements with regard to ESG requirements, such as the German Supply Chain Act (LkSG) and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD).
Florian completed his studies at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg with complementary qualifications in economics and at the University of Cambridge in England. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2021.
He speaks German, English and French.
