Amelie advises on tech law and all areas of intellectual property law, in particular outsourcing and cloud contracts, emerging technologies, including generative AI, SaaS and digital platform models, data contracts and data-related matters, trademark and design law, competition law and copyright law. Her practice focuses on the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of intellectual property rights and advising companies on contractual, regulatory and transaction-related matters across the technology sector.
She studied at the Eberhard Karls Universität in Tübingen. As part of her legal clerkship, she worked for international law firms. Amelie has been working with Gleiss Lutz since 2026.
