Alexander advises clients in M&A transactions, on all corporate law issues as well as in the area of private equity. In recent years, he has worked on numerous cross-border transactions. Since 2016 Alexander is Co-Managing Partner of the firm.
Alexander studied at the universities of Constance and Oxford (M.Jur. 1996). He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2003. From 2000 to 2003 Alexander was a resident partner at Gleiss Lutz’ former Prague office.
He was Co-Chair of the European Forum of the International Bar Association until 2017 and is LPD Council Member since 2021. In the same year he became lecturer at the HTWG Konstanz.
