Tim specialises in M&A transactions with a focus on real estate, energy and infrastructure. He advises domestic and international clients on share deals, asset deals, joint ventures and complex transaction structures. Tim heads Gleiss Lutz' real estate transaction sector group and is Gleiss Lutz’s relationship partner for India.
Vita
Tim studied at the Universities of Berlin (Humboldt-Universität) and Bordeaux/France. He has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2009. In 2007 he was seconded to a global provider of real estate funds in Frankfurt.
