Ocka advises on national and international tax law with a special focus on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including planning of tax efficient acquisition structures. Another focus of her work is assisting clients in ongoing tax proceedings and audits, including internal investigations and criminal proceedings, if necessary. In addition, she advises on the set up of tax compliance structures.
Ocka studied at the universities of Dresden, Trient (Italy) and Osnabrück (LL.M. 2007). She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2014. She previously worked at an international law firm in Frankfurt from 2010-2014. Ocka was admitted as a tax advisor in 2013.
Ocka speaks German, English and Italian.
