Following the introduction to acquisition and ESG financing, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a real-life case study alongside our Finance team. Together, you will structure a transaction in the renewable energy sector and develop solutions to a key challenge: how to successfully align ambitious growth strategies and sustainability objectives with the interests of international lenders in a transaction involving hundreds of millions in equity and internationally syndicated debt financing.
