Gleiss Lutz advises CNC shareholders on takeover by Publicis

Gleiss Lutz has advised the shareholders of communications consultancy CNC – Communications & Network Consulting AG on the sale of the company to the French Publicis Groupe.  

CNC is present in 14 cities across Europe, North and South America and Asia. The agency advises large and medium-sized firms, institutions and private individuals on all strategic communication issues. CNC will become part of the MSLGROUP, Publicis Groupe’s network of strategic communications consultancies. CNC’s management will remain unchanged.

Publicis is the world's third largest communications group. With activities spanning 104 countries, the Groupe employs approximately 54,000 professionals. The two companies have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential. The transaction is subject to the approval of the German cartel authorities.
