Gleiss Lutz has advised an international bank syndicate led by BNP Paribas and Rabobank on the conclusion of a EUR 375 million syndicated facilities agreement for the refinancing of the HelloFresh Group (HelloFresh), involving numerous foreign subsidiaries.
As part of the transaction, HelloFresh's existing financing was amended and extended. The updated financing structure will further support the group's strategic development.
Headquartered in Berlin, HelloFresh is a leading global provider of meal kits and innovative food solutions. The company operates in a wide range of international markets and, in addition to its meal kits, offers a broad selection of ready-to-eat meals and other food products.
