Gleiss Lutz has advised AUMOVIO SE at its Annual General Meeting held on 13 May 2026, in Frankfurt am Main. This was the company’s first Annual General Meeting following its initial public offering in 2025. AUMOVIO was established as a spin-off from the Automotive division of Continental AG.
