Susanne specialises on dispute resolution. She advises on national and international arbitration proceedings as well as litigation proceedings. Her focus is on the enforcement and imposition of typical insolvency-related disputes, the recognition of and defense against such claims, as well as conflicts with shareholders and directors (in particular director’s liability) and disputes arising from company acquisitions. She also advises in the areas of restructuring and insolvency law, including in-court and out-of-court restructuring as well as the advising of managing directors in crisis situations.

Susanne studied in Münster and Toledo (Spain). After completing her legal clerkship, she undertook additional training in the field of mediation. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2026.
