Philip studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg (PhD 2026) and at Trinity College Dublin (LL.M. 2021). He spent one year in the legal department of the European Patent Office in Munich and completed his legal clerkship in Stuttgart and Manila, Philippines.
