Katharina advises national and international clients on all matters of German and European corporate and capital markets law, as well as in the areas of compliance and internal investigation. Katharina is a member of the ESG industry group at Gleiss Lutz.
Katharina studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Muenster. As part of her legal clerkship, Katharina worked for an international law firm in New York in 2015. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2016. From March 2025 to April 2025 she was on secondment with Nauta Dutilh in Amsterdam.
Katharina speaks German and English.
