Katharina advises national and international clients on all matters of corporate and capital markets law, focusing on corporate governance and liability, group integration and restructuring, as well as information and disclosure obligations under capital markets law. She also advises on compliance and internal investigations.
Katharina studied law at the Universities of Freiburg and Muenster. As part of her legal clerkship, Katharina worked for an international law firm in New York in 2015. She has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2016. From March 2025 to April 2025 she was on secondment with Nauta Dutilh in Amsterdam.
