Johanna advises companies on compliance & investigations and on all aspects of white collar crime. She is specialized in strategic compliance advisory, compliance investigations and the set-up, implementation and development of compliance structures and measures. A further focus of her work is defending companies as well as advising them in cases of criminal offences against the corporation.
Vita
Johanna studied law at Wiesbaden and McGill University, Montréal. After completing a master's degree in economics (M.A.), she received a doctoral scholarship from the German National Academic Foundation. As part of her legal training, she completed internships at a German commercial law firm.
