Jana advises clients in national and international arbitration proceedings as well as litigation proceedings, frequently involving complex cross-border elements. She specializes in advising and representing clients in commercial and corporate disputes, including disputes arising from M&A transactions.

Additionally, Jana has extensive expertise in compliance and ESG matters.

Vita

Jana studied law at Heidelberg University (Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg), the College of Law at the University of Oklahoma, and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M. in International Business Law). In the summer of 2022, she completed part of her legal traineeship at an international law firm in New York. She joined Gleiss Lutz as an attorney in 2025. Before joining the firm, she worked in the Dispute Resolution team of an international law firm in Frankfurt and subsequently served as Head of Compliance at a start-up in the energy sector.

She is a member of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) and of the German initiative of young arbitration practitioners (DIS 40).

She speaks German, English, and French.
