Christoph is a partner in our Compliance & Investigations practice. He advises companies on all areas of white-collar crime and specialises in defending companies in complex criminal and regulatory investigations and proceedings. He has extensive experience in representing clients before investigative authorities and regulators as well as criminal courts in both domestic and cross-border litigation cases. His practice also focuses on advising companies that have been victims of crimes. Christoph regularly assists companies with internal investigations in Germany and abroad and the strategic handling of their consequences. He supports clients in establishing, implementing and refining compliance structures to avoid criminal law risks.

Vita

Christoph studied at the University of Mainz. He joined Gleiss Lutz in 2015. From 2013 to 2015 Christoph worked at a leading boutique law firm specialising in white collar crime. Christoph regularly lectures at various universities in the areas of white-collar crime and compliance. Christoph speaks German and English.
