Carsten advises on German and European antitrust law as well as on merger control, cartel damages and cartel fines proceedings. The particular focus is on complex antitrust damages proceedings. In addition, he also regularly advises on distribution law and compliance issues.

Vita

Carsten studied law and completed his postgraduate studies in antitrust law at the University of Constance. In 2015 he worked on a secondment at a large South African law firm in Johannesburg. He has been with Gleiss Lutz since 2009.

Carsten is a member of the Association for the Study of Antitrust law.

Carsten speaks German and English.
