UNIQUE has been bringing Gleiss Lutz’s LGBTIQ+ community together since 2018, fostering open dialogue, greater visibility and mutual support.
Spend an inspiring afternoon in a safe space for honest conversation:
- Meet & mingle with other aspiring lawyers from the LGBTIQ+ community and Gleiss Lutz lawyers
- Hear cabaret artist and presenter Timo Schweitzer, aka Malte Anders, explore queer visibility in everyday life and the workplace in an inspiring keynote.
- Gain insights from a panel discussion between queer role models as they share their personal experiences and career paths and explore current diversity issues in the legal industry
- Round off the late-summer evening with drinks on our rooftop terrace, followed by dinner, meaningful conversation and networking
We warmly invite trainee lawyers and research assistants from across Germany who identify as part of the LGBTIQ+ community and have completed at least their first state examination.
